Built on Sitecore XM with a headless front end deployed on Vercel, the new DXP delivers exceptional performance, accessibility, and security. This architecture consolidates digital properties into a single, stable, and scalable environment that supports both marketing and clinical use cases.
Seamless MyChart Integration
Patients can now securely log in through MyChart single sign-on (SSO) and access their data directly within the WellSpan website. This unified experience allows patients to view upcoming appointments, messages, and much more without ever leaving the site.
Smart, Privacy-Conscious Personalization
To enhance engagement, we implemented Sitecore Personalize to deliver relevant content to each visitor. Patients can favorite articles, receive tailored content recommendations, and explore information aligned with their interests and health needs. Every personalization decision is powered by anonymized and hashed identifiers, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards while still delivering meaningful experiences.
Empowering Content Authors with Connected Tools
Alliance integrated Sitecore with WellSpan's new Bynder Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, giving content authors a streamlined way to find, manage, and deploy media assets. This integration not only improved efficiency but also ensured brand consistency across channels, eliminating the frustration of managing assets across multiple systems.
