Chief Executive Officer
Demetrios Kontizas
Demetrios is a results-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in development, management, and building teams. As a seasoned executive, he has led large multi-discipline teams of engineers across multiple offices. With hands-on experience developing and crafting innovative, efficient, optimized, performance-minded applications, he and his team have pioneered highly technical enterprise-level solutions while focusing on producing the best product for the user and maintaining the best standards.
Demetrios previously served as Vice President of Technology at Mirum, a global digital agency with over 750 employees. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from San Diego State University, and previously served in the United States Marine Corps.

Chief Technology Officer
Russell Reid
Russell Reid is an accomplished leader, manager, and expert in modern development and engineering with over 15 years of experience and extensive knowledge and expertise in back end and frontend architecture. Russell has a specialized talent for optimizing technology team processes to deliver higher quality work more efficiently, he grooms and nurtures technology teams to inspire quality work while boosting morale.
Prior to co-founding Alliance Innovations, Russell held senior roles with several consultancies and digital agencies including Mirum, a global digital agency with over 750 employees. Prior to those positions Russell served in the United States Air Force.

Chief Operating Officer
Kevin Kashou
A multidisciplinary digital leader with over 13 years’ experience creating digital experiences for government organizations and fortune 500 companies like Qualcomm, U.S. Marines, Petco, and Mazda. Kevin focuses on the intersection of brand and digital user experience. He believes that innovative digital experiences can transcend cultures, markets, and technologies. Kevin is driven to find the human truth behind every idea and a passion for exploring new ways an idea can spark, connect, and resonate with people. The passion challenges the work to be a creative leader in multiple markets and across the advertising landscape of a brand, digital, product, and traditional, with the goal of bringing storytelling, products, and platforms together.
Prior to co-founding Alliance Innovations, Kevin worked for several consultancies and digital agencies including serving as Associate Director of Experience Development for Mirum, a global digital agency with over 750 employees. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interactive Web Design from the Art Institute of California – San Diego.

Christina Postma
Christina leads operations and strategic initiatives for Alliance Innovations, bringing over a decade of experience in technology and digital strategy. With a strong background in product management, program management, and process improvement, she drives operational excellence and innovation across the organization. Prior to joining Alliance, Christina held leadership positions at several prominent technology and digital agencies, including roles as Director of Product and Digital, Technology Program Manager, and Director of PMO. Her expertise spans from hands-on project management to high-level strategic planning, with a focus on aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
Throughout her career, Christina has demonstrated a talent for optimizing operations, fostering innovation, and driving business growth across diverse industries. Her comprehensive skill set and strategic vision position her perfectly to enhance Alliance's operational capabilities and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
