Michael brings decades of experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives. At Alliance, he has been instrumental in building and advancing our enterprise backend development discipline, helping deliver solutions that scale reliably, integrate seamlessly, and meet the rigorous demands of modern organizations.

His leadership has been central to delivering successful outcomes for clients such as Virtua Health, UCI Health, WellSpan Health, Texas Oncology, and many others. These efforts have been especially critical in healthcare, where secure, scalable technology directly supports patient and provider experiences.

A Foundation of Service and Growth

Before beginning his technology career, Michael proudly served in the United States Navy from 1999 to 2004. He completed two Western Pacific Deployments onboard the USS John C. Stennis (CVN-74) in 2000 and 2002 and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Michael received an Honorable Discharge for his service and continues to embody the same discipline, integrity, and leadership that guided his military career.

Following his service, Michael earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Diego State University in 2008 and continued with his Master’s degree in Computer Science in 2011. This blend of analytical and technical education provided the foundation for his transition into enterprise technology and leadership.

Over the years, Michael has led large-scale digital transformation efforts across industries, consistently raising the standard for delivery quality. His ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical execution has helped organizations adopt solutions that are resilient, adaptable, and built for long-term success.
